Gand Concert Sound was established in 1977 to meet the growing demand for large scale music performances on a regional level. Colleges and local festivals provided a jumping off point for what has become the Midwest’s largest operating sound system provider. Many ideas pioneered by GCS have become “standard issue” in the sound industry.
